How It Works:

The most difficult part of hiring is determining where to spend money to increase your exposure to potential candidates. Money spent in the wrong spot can lead to a lack of leads or unqualified individuals.

Our process looks something like this:

  • First, we’ll determine which services you’ve already tried and the level of success achieved. If you’re already doing well with a particular service we can let you continue handling it while we attempt other methodologies.
  • Second, we’ll determine some key elements like budget and job type.
  • Third, we’ll start to analyze our available services compared to your needs, starting with some of the most common strategies (like Indeed.com) and moving along to other specialized strategies (like LinkedIn and Google Ads).
  • Fourth, we’ll determine our capability to optimize your campaign through things like customized landing pages on your website.
  • Fifth, we’ll get it going! As your campaign runs we’ll try to optimize and determine if the current strategies are effective and worth re-investing in.

 

You can expect to maintain consistent communication with us as your candidates start reaching out to you. The more feedback you can give us on candidate quality, the better decisions we can make with your continued hiring budget.

No, too much of the process is out of our hands to make that sort of guarantee. Our job is to help find leads and bring them to your doorstep. We trust you to decide which of those candidates are satisfactory and which are not. If none are suitable, we can continue to work with you to find more but we do not offer a refund if no hire is made.

Don’t worry. We are developing multiple tools to help you make the right decision. That being said, don’t be afraid to reach out to us via email or phone. We can talk through your previous campaign efforts, the details of your positions, and determine what might be the best place to start.

How long do hiring campaigns usually run?
Administrative jobs tend to fill in a few weeks due to a larger pool of qualified talent. Management and technician jobs can be more difficult and often take 1-3 months. If possible, plan ahead when hiring and start the search before you are in dire need.

Does Apsos take a percentage of the new employee’s salary, similar to a recruiter?
No, our flat fees for hiring candidates do not include salary percentages.

Should I consider relocation candidates or purely local candidates?

Relocation candidates tend to be a little more expensive (due to things like relocation bonuses or home incentives) and take longer to on-board since they have to get settled into the area. That being said, offering relocation packages greatly increases your chances of finding high-quality candidates who are looking to make a change in their life. Staying local is easier and often cheaper, but the pool of candidates is much smaller and you constantly need to battle your local competitors for the same employees.
