How It Works:
Most small companies start off using simple email solutions like gmail or hotmail. The email you use for business may look something like joeshvac@hotmail.com. Eventually businesses grow or just want to reflect a more “grown up” approach.

That’s where Google Workspace comes in. We can activate a number of email addresses utilizing your domain, so it would look like sales@joeshvac.com, joe@joeshvac.com, support@joeshvac.com. Each company member can have their own email which can forward into whatever personal email system they are used to using (so you can still check hotmail and receive all messages going to your joeshvac.com email).

We can also develop group email addresses like “sales” which can be activated by everyone on your sales staff. This system helps you grow and stay organized.

Your customers may have a few phone calls with you and they may interact with your technicians once or twice a year, but they could potential receive dozens of emails from you every year. Not necessarily. We do need to buy a domain though (something like www.yourbusiness.com). Depending on the name of your company we’ll find a relevant domain and secure it for you, which costs about $15-$20 a year. Not a big expense. We can then connect your Google Workspace email addresses to that domain name.

If you already have a domain name and/or a website, you’re good to go. We can access that and build your email addresses accordingly.

Can emails from my new address get forwarded to my old one?

Yes, we’ve found that most people enjoy using their existing email service even after they receive their new and improved address. If you are using one of the standard email services like Gmail or Hotmail we can help connect your new email address into the old system. You’ll be able to send and receive messages as the new email address right from there.

Is Workspace the same thing as G-Suite?
Workspace replaced g-suite as a more robust tool that integrates with a variety of other Google properties. G-Suite is no more.
