When we began work with Sands and Company they already had an excellent reputation in place for quality and client care. Most of their business was based on word-of-mouth, but their online presence did not reflect their professionalism. Our job was to rehabilitate that online presence to reflect the polished nature of the Sands and Company experience.
This website offered some unique challenges since we needed to integrate with MLS technology and make sure users could search properties easily. We also wanted to stay focused on our desired conversion of conversation and contact with potential home buyers and sellers.
