B&L Ott was a competitive company in the Reading, Pennsylvania area that felt ready to upgrade its overall marketing presence and expand its outreach. While the fundamental operations of the company were sound,
it needed to polish its on and offline presentation in order to match their quality of work. We began our partnership by developing a comprehensive marketing plan across multiple mediums to renovate the front face of B&L Ott.
One of the first things we did for B&L OTT was to come up with a much needed upgrade to their website. The new design matches the level of professionalism that B&L exemplifies offline to their online presence.
Along with a brand new web design, our team created custom graphics to support the content on the pages and make B&L’s services pop!
A great web design isn’t worth a penny unless people can find it. When putting the new website together our team ran extensive SEO analysis in order to make sure that the content on the website was properly put together so it ranks high on Google driving more traffic.
After redesigning the website we updated B&L’s logo. We wanted to keep the general design that was already familiar to customers, but update and sharpen it to match their new modern website and image.
Social Media Management
After speaking with B&L we came to the conclusion that a social media campaign would be of great value to their business in order to keep past customers engaged, and possible customers aware of B&L’s services. With this in mind we launched a content campaign on Facebook that has consistently produced results for the business.
We may live in a digital age, but that doesn’t mean that traditional marketing is useless. Our team developed a marketing campaign that included mailers, door handle hangers, and even radio ads, that helped propel B&L’s brand in the Burks County region.
Truck Wrap Design
B&L Ott offers amazing quality services, and we though that it would be only fitting for them to arrive in style. That’s why we designed wraps for all of their vehicles that scream quality the moment they pull up in a driveway.
A business is only as good as it’s employees, and B&L is the best. That is why it was important that we not only market to customers, but also create a plan for attracting the best employees. We helped the B&L team come up with, and execute, an employee acquisition plan that included targeted Facebook ads, third party job postings, headhunting, a relocation program, and a referral reward program.
Billboard Ad Development
A great billboard ad generates more business, and establishes a high level of respect and trust. In order to solidify B&L as the industry leader in their area we developed a billboard design that would surely do both.
